Pink for Payton

Winston, of Two Cats and a Pug, had a great idea.  Let's plant something PINK in memory of Payton and her courageous fight!
Hu-mom found some pink daisies and thought immediately of Payton.   Daisies are a symbol of purity, innocence, loyal love, beauty, patience and simplicity. All of those attributes clearly point to Payton.
Aren't they just beautiful!  Now we can see the daisies each day and remember how beautiful Payton was inside and out and what a fighter she was.

Payton's Daisies

Mack says to plant the daisies here, in the sunshine!

Minnie is looking for the perfect spot to plant Payton's daisies.

Spring  is a time of rebirth and renewal.  The snows of winter melt away, flowers bloom and all the world seems new again.  In our sadness of those who have passed over the Bridge, we have springtime to help mend those wounds.

We hope all our friends enjoy a wonderful Easter Sunday with family and friends.

Happy Easter, Minnie, Mack & Mario! We hope the Easter Bunny leaves you lots of treats!

We love Winston's idea of planting pink flowers in memory of Payton! Just the other day mama ordered some pink bleeding hearts and told us when they come we will plant them in memory of Payton and when they bloom every year we will think of her! Green Mountain Pug Rescue is having a fundraiser and 1/2 the money goes to pug rescue.

Those are beautiful Gerbera daisies you are planting in honor of Payton. Winston had a great idea. We are going to do that, too, when our pink rain lilies come in.
Happy Easter to you all!

That's a wonderful idea, Mum says that she will plant something in Paytons honour too! I love the photos of you in the sun in your garden, you all look happy hunting for the perfect place for the pink flowers to be planted! On my blog the photos were near my home, its a wonderful place, so calm, quiet and a nice place to reflect on life, so I agree that spring is a time for rebirth and remembrance! Minnie, you are looking gorgeous as ever! Love and Licks from your friend and love Frank x x x x x
