We had a wonderful Northern Virginia Pug Meetup this weekend. Hu-mom tried to count how many pugs were in attendance. Her guess is +-15. The hostess had a wonderful yard for puggies! Sun, shade, woods, trails,water and a wading pool just for us doggies because it was 90 degrees out!
Hu-mom apologizes for the heavy photo content of this post. One of the members, Dottie, takes great photos and was taking lots of pictures of everyone! Hu-mom thanks her very much. Usually, hu-mom is too busy watching the doggies and forgets to take pictures.
Only 1 of the pugs hopped into the pool on his own and he spent most of his time playing in it. But most of the dogs had a turn or two in the pool to cool down. You will see damp pugs in the photos.

I get so worried about hot weather and our puggies I often skip the summer meetups because Im scared of over heating. The pug in the wheelchair is precious, he reminds me of our late senior rescue Bingo who used a chair

We love our meet ups! We are going to have one meet up in a doggy day care this summer to stay cool.

Awwwww I love, love loved this post! All the photos were amazing Dottie did a wonderful job! I love the photo of Domi in the pool, the one where Minnie is on the run after Jacob, her ears are sooooo funny and her body looks so long!!!
