Get Well Wishes and Treats!

First of all Mack, the kitties and I want to send our furry get well wishes to Baby the Pug who is facing an awful challange.  Check out his blog here and follow his trek. While you are visiting, send him good thoughts!

A while ago Hu-mom purchased a cookbook for Dog Treats.  She made one of the recipes for the dog bone shaped treats pictured below. The other day she made Liver Rye Training Treats from the same cookbook. Those are the little square ones.  They are delicious.

(Note from Kathy-as the author of the cookbook stated, any of the treats involving liver STINKS when being baked. The liver treats were easy to make and the critters love em! To store them I put a handful in a snack size ziplock bag.  It made about 12 of those little bags.  I froze all but one bag, then take them out as needed and defrost.  You can cut them to any size you need depending on your dog size.  These are really small because we are working with little mouths. These are really training treats but I use them for both training and just for being-a-dog treats!)

Hu-mom has a video of us eating the liver treats She wants you to know that she is still working on using the Flip Camera, so it looks a little rough!

Thanks for joining us today.  Make sure you drop by Simply Pug to wish Baby well.

Those treats look really yummy! You're lucky pups! Our Mom is too lazy, um, we mean BUSY, yeah, to make our treats. At least she BUYS some on occasion :)

Wow... that was a good video. You should see some of the videos HH (that's short for Her Highness, the affectionate nickname I call my human bean) made when she first got her flip. Most of the videos were either of the floor or the ceiling.

I came over because you did the blog hop. Glad to meet you. You might want to take a look at the picture of LaLuna (she's a pug with quite an attitude) on my blog post a couple days ago.

I'll go wish the baby well. Thanks for the heads-up on that.

Great job! We sit and shake, but that's about it. We are still too crazy to really train.

We should ask Punchbugpug to come get us all in the Pug Boat!

We've had our coats for a while, but mom thinks she got them from dog.com.
