In the picture below, the humans started shoveling a path from the house to the street. I can't believe I was allowed outside with my coat!
Now the path is shoveled to the driveway but it's still snowing!
The snow finally stopped, the sun came out and hu-mom and hu-dad took us out. My coat is on in this picture. Mack is standing on the snow bank that the plow made at the end of the driveway.
A neighbors tree fell on our shed in the backyard and then the heavy snow on the roof finished it off before we could get to it! It was a few months before the old one could be taken down and the new one put up. We had to wait for access to the backyard. Hu-mom made a lot of pathways in the backyard for us to use. That was fun!
My prediction for this winter is milder than last year and a lot less snow!!! Last winter we had 63.5" of snow. That is unheard of in Northern Virginia! We are keeping our paws crossed for this winter.
