Sunday Sutffs

We received wonderful news from Payton that the growth on her ear was not the "C" word!  Such good news for a very sweet, wonderful puggie and her family.  All the prayers and Pug Juju from all over Blogville sure helped.

We were visiting Jazzi's blog and saw a great picture their mom took of Jazzi and Addy with a turkey.  That gave hu-mom an idea.  And this is what she got:

Mack and I aren't actors like Puglet. So hu-mom always has a hard time to get us to pose with stuff.  Also, the "T" word was being used and we made sure there was follow though on that, too. (Which there was!)
First we tried near the fire place, but it just didn't click with  us, so our favorite place is the kitchen, (closest to the treats) so this is where it ended up.  Turkey Day is fast approaching, which means lots of stuffs will hit the ground and we might even get special plates.  With all our human brothers and sisters all grown up, it's a lot harder to get everyone together.  So our Turkey Day will be Sunday, Nov 26.  All but one hu-bro and family will be able to make it.

It's been quiet at our house, nothing real hip happening lately. And it's getting cold, so we know outside walkies will becoming fewer and fewer.

Hu-mom took some photos this past week, so here they are:

In an effort to end Kitty Wars at our house, hu-mom lets the two battling brothers get together while being under a close watchful eye.  The other day they were both enjoying the sunshine, but with a watchful eye out for each other.  She forgot to separate them when she went outside for a couple of hours.  You wouldn't believe the damage they did.  Apparently the battle started in the home office.  Everything on the desk surface was moved.  It looked like someone had come in and ransacked the place!  A laptop was totally flat, a monitor was turned 45 degrees and pushed way over. Paperwork was everywhere. Along with fur. And nice deep scratches on the desk top.  There were also minor skirmishes in the bedroom as well.  When hu-mom got back inside, the kitties were separated and napping. It's still a mystery why they are battling.

Hi, it's me Mack!   Minnie and me go along for the ride to pick up soon to be hu-sister-in-law, Tori.  We were driving on a bridge with construction going on the road below and stopped in traffic.  For some unknown reason, it really set me off and I howled and carried on until it was out of site. Well, it was a mix of howling and pug singing. Hu-mom would get my attention, I would stop, then I'd look out the window and start up again.

The leaves are now on the ground, the trees are naked, it gets dark by 5PM and it's cold out.  I guess winter has arrived.

Have a wonderful week Blogville.

Love, Minnie  : )

Hi Minnie and Mack! I know all the prayers helped for sure! I could feel the love. I am totally in to your new blog picture and the kitchen is the best place in the house, if you ask me. I can not wait until Thanksgiving. Minnie, way to rock the head tilt. And Mack, you look very handsome. I wish your mom had been able to video your howling and singing. Oh, I love to hear your voice! *swoon* Enjoy your Sunday.
Love,
Payton
