Hu-mom decided the front door needed to be refreshed (painted). She said she took a real look at the front door and was horrified. It looked fine to me. So today on the way home from work, we stopped at Home Depot to get supplies.
I am a little skittish so I was able to stay in the car. NOTE: The windows were left open, the temp outside was 69 degrees and hu-mom and Mack were only gone 10 minutes. Maybe next time I'll venture a quick trip into Home Depot, too! Hu-mom said it's like PetsMart only no dog stuff and no yummies at the check out. Sounds a little boring to me. Mack did tell me he did get a few head pats! But the bottom wires of the shopping cart were farther apart than he's used to, meaning his little toes were hanging through and he had to stay in the shopping cart, no wandering around. Hu-mom didn't let him wander, you know what boy dogs like to do.....I would never do that!
I volunteered to help hu-mom paint the front door. It'll be my first time helping with painting, so I'll let you know if I'll volunteer again! She said my job will be to keep the kitties from going outside while the door dries.
We're enjoying springtime weather and flora here in Northern Virginia. Hope everyone's spring has sprung.
Love,
Minnie : )
