Humom's Pet Friendly Office

Mack and I are very lucky.  Our humom usually gets to take us to work with her everyday.  This is only possible since we have very little "walk-in" traffic.  On those few days that we have guests in the office, we have to stay home.  Here are our friends from work and a little bit about each one.  Each one of us works in a different room and we do have "baby gates" up so we can each have our own safe place.

Ollie

As you can tell, he is a dalmation.  His real name is Oliver.  He's 1 year old.  Mack and Ollie DON"T like each other at all. They get all nasty toward each other and make lots of loud noises.  Mack doesn't know he is just a little fellow.  Mack usually ends up in hanging from Ollie's mouth by his harness.  Boy do the humans make a big fuss when we get together!

Kipper

Kipper was a rescue that had a few too many homes before he came to Aunt Mona. From DNA testing, it appears he is a dalamation/poodle mix.   He still has his quirks but Kipper and I love each other.  He and Mack also have a special bond.  Kipper lives with Jackie and Hollie. (See below.)

Holly

Holly is a border collie and one of the "Ladies" .  She lives with her sister Jackie and Kipper.  She was my first friend! She taught me how to play with other dogs.  The first lesson for me was the meaning of the ugly face/growl.  (Meaning, I've had enough of you, young pup.)  The "Ladies" are getting on in years now, I think they are 14.  As with any OCD border collie, she's got a ball in her mouth and ready to chase.

Jackie

Jackie is a camera shy but we were able to get a shot of her under her humom's desk.  She is one of the "Ladies" and Holly's sister. She as not as patient with me as a puppy as her sister. Who could blam her, puppies can be really persistatnt and a big pest!  She loves to herd!

This is Ripley.  She lives with Aunt Dana and Aunt Melissa.  Ripley is an African Gray Parrot. I wish I had a video to record Ripley talking.  Some things can be understood, others sound like English but are truly parrot!  Ripley can  whistle like my humom and that is really confusing.

Office Kitty #1 - Zoe

Zoe came to the office  as a rescue.  She is a little kitty in size  and the queen of her end of the office space!!  This picture we find Zoe in one of her favorite places, the bathroom.

Office Kitty #2 and the newest edition, Charlie

Charlie came to us through one of the coworkers at humom's office.  Charlie was a barn cat that was not fit to be a barn cat.  So off she came to join us at our office.  She was little bitty at first, but now she is a healthy big girl.  You can find her sleeping/playing/hiding anywhere at her end of the office.

The last picture is of Mack and me, very busy at work.

 The one thing that I, Minnie, don't like about going to work is getting up early in the morning.  I do like to sleep in!
